FLOOR CONCRETE MANUFACTURING
In order to maximize the service life of industrial concrete floors, many factors are evaluated together. The steps to be taken for a high-quality and economical production are very important.
INDUSTRIAL FLOOR COATING
The material that first comes to mind when talking about ‘industrial floor coating systems’ developed in the 1990s and in today’s world is the two-component resin coating material and its application systems.
MONOFLOOR X-COAT
With MONOFLOOR X-COAT coating, a high wear resistance is achieved, up to three times higher than traditional multilayer epoxy coatings, with a tear wear value of 20mg.
CONCRETE FLOOR COATING
The rough, matte, and dirty new/old concrete surfaces are first ground using special diamond abrasive surface grinding machines, followed by polishing and chemical surface protection, which makes the floor shine like glass.
FLOOR LEVELING
The BBX Floor Shaver, produced with the perfect harmony of Turkish and German engineering, ensures that newly produced or deformed floors meet international standards, enabling the effective operation of Narrow Aisle Stacker (VNA) machines.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF INDUSTRIAL FLOORS
